Butyl Reclaim Rubber

Butyl Rubber is a synthetic rubber, a copolymer of isobutylene with isoprene. Generally its called as IIR. It stands for Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber. Butyl rubber is impermeable to air and used in many applications requiring an airtight rubber
The major applications of butyl rubber are tyre inner tubes and inner liner. Some other application are adhesives, bladder, sealants and chewing gum.
Swarna Butyl Reclaim made from used butyl tubes. When incorporated in recipe provides faster mixing and extrusion, reduced power consumption. It is best suited for inner tubes, tyre inner line, adhesive, cable compound. In Butyl Rubber reclaim Swarna has 2 grades.
