Epdm Reclaim Rubber

EPDM rubber is M-class synthetic rubber. EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class) rubber. EPDM rubber is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a diene-component. Generally, ethylene content is around 45% – 85% in EPDM rubber. The higher ethylene content gives higher loading possibilities to the polymer, making it better for mixing and extrusion. The key properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance. EPDM rubber has excellent electrical insulating properties. It also has very good resistance to polar substances and steam. Swarna EPDM Reclaim is high quality reclaim manufactured from EPDM factory reject profiles. EPDM reclaim is one of the most commonly used reclaim rubbers having both general-purpose and speciality applications. The vulcanization propertied of SR EPDM reclaim make it particularly suitable for a variety of EPDM rubber products. In EPDM rubber reclaim Swarna has 2 grades
Properties: Good hear, ozone and weather resistance, replaces virgin epdm & helps in reduction of compound cost, faster mixing & extrusion, reduced energy cost, absence of biemishes consistent splice strength
